Fantastic Support

As the technology and computerization continued to grow in our practice, so did our I.T. support needs. The response time from the previous company that we were using was getting longer and longer, and this became very frustrating. Unfortunately, when a practice is completely dependent upon technology, a slow response time from an I.T. support company is crippling. After I talked with Chris from Patriot Tech Services, we decided that, even though we had been with our current company for years, we had to make a change for the sake of our business. Patriot Tech Services came in and evaluated our office to see what was needed for day to day support, and to bring us up to HIPAA standards. The quote was higher than what we expected, but after talking with Chris about the big picture of what our needs were, what the value of his services were, and what we could expect from his company, we jumped onboard. The team at Patriot Tech Services is great. They are very responsive to our needs, and solve problems quickly. In most cases, problems can be resolved by remote access. During the change to Patriot Tech Services, we sometimes would call to find out when a problem would be fixed, only to find out the job was already completed. Thus, we also learned to communicate by email instead of calling. Patriot Tech Services even communicates directly with all our other vendors. If we have a problem with anything, we call Patriot Tech Services first, and they deal with the problem. We can focus on taking care of our patients, while Patriot Tech Services takes care of us. Our practice support staff can focus on patient care and office management, and not spend hours dealing with a vendor, trying to get a piece of equipment back up and running. That makes us more efficient and more profitable. We recently added more space to our practice. Patriot Tech Services surveyed the new space and told us what we would need to connect our old office to the new space, and made sure we had enough connections to make all our equipment work. They worked around our schedule, so our patients were never disturbed during business hours. It was a smooth, successful expansion with less issues than we expected.
